This Privacy Policy describes how Rover Travel, LLC ("Rover", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use the Rover platform.
Information we collect
- Account: email, name, hashed password.
- Profile: home origin, dietary needs, travel preferences.
- Trip data: dates, destinations, traveler roster, selected reservations.
- Technical: IP address, browser, device, timestamps.
How we use it
To generate itineraries, share approved trip plans with the Agents you select, communicate about your account, and improve the service.
Sharing
Trip plans you submit are shared only with the Agents you explicitly select. We do not sell personal data. Our hosting and AI infrastructure is provided by Lovable Cloud and the Lovable AI Gateway; we do not currently use any other third-party sub-processors for traveler data.
Retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Trip records are retained for up to 7 years for tax and record-keeping purposes, then deleted on request.
Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your profile, or by writing to privacy@rover.travel.
Children
Rover is not intended for users under 18. Minor traveler names listed by adult account-holders are used solely to design the trip.
