1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Rover (the "Platform"), operated by Rover Travel, LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. The service
Rover is an AI-assisted travel design platform that produces recommended itineraries and connects travelers ("Travelers") with independent third-party travel agents ("Agents"). Rover is not a travel agent, tour operator, or merchant of record for any reservation.
3. Travelers
Travelers may use the Platform free of charge. All bookings are made by Agents directly with downstream vendors. Pricing shown on the Platform is an estimate; the final price is confirmed by the Agent.
4. Agents and fees
Agents agree to a 10% affiliate fee on the final confirmed cart value of each trip originated through the Platform. Fees are billed monthly, net 30.
5. AI-generated content
Itineraries are generated by AI and may contain errors, outdated availability, or unverified pricing. The Traveler and Agent are responsible for verifying every reservation before relying on it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misrepresent your identity, abuse the AI system, attempt to extract other users' data, or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Rover disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Rover Travel, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
Rover may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to that venue.
